Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on gem777. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of Indonesia to register and use the gem777 platform. Underage participation is strictly prohibited.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on gem777 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by the platform.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Turnover conditions, validity periods, and eligible games are specified per promotion.
Each individual may hold only one active gem777 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balance forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are processed within 15–60 minutes during operating hours, subject to completed KYC verification.
gem777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the gem777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:
gem777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus balances.
To access the full range of betting and gaming services on gem777, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gem777 will suspend all Accounts associated with that individual and any winnings accrued across those Accounts may be voided at gem777's sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and the bank account or e-wallet details used for deposits and withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. gem777 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify gem777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
gem777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where gem777 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its members.
gem777 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. All Members are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requirements may also be triggered by large transactions or other risk indicators.
As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
gem777 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Documents submitted during peak periods (including major Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Ramadhan) may take up to 48 hours to process.
If a Member fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being requested to do so, gem777 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal functionality and, in cases of reasonable suspicion of fraud, to close the Account entirely.
gem777 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount via bank transfer is Rp 50.000. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 20.000. gem777 does not impose a platform-level maximum deposit, but individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your gem777 Account within 3–10 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by our payment processor. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. gem777 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your gem777 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable bank fees, within 3–5 business days.
gem777 does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds held in your Account are maintained separately from gem777's operating funds and are not subject to any investment, risk, or encumbrance by the operator.
Members may request a withdrawal of available (non-restricted) Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are processed by gem777's finance team during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, daily). Requests received within these hours are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4. gem777 will not release any funds to an Account where identity verification is incomplete or where the submitted documents have not been approved.
Withdrawals will only be released to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the gem777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request where the recipient account name does not match the Account holder name will be rejected.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. The real-money component of your Balance is withdrawable at any time (subject to verification requirements), while any Bonus-restricted portion will be clearly labeled as such in your Account dashboard.
gem777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 would require total qualifying bets of Rp 1.000.000 before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
Bonuses that are not used within their specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. The standard validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of credit, unless a specific promotion states a different period.
Not all games on the gem777 platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Sports betting (including BRI Liga 1 markets, EPL, La Liga, and other football leagues), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and standard slot games from certified studios typically contribute 100% toward turnover. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and certain promotional markets may be excluded from turnover contribution.
gem777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), exploiting technical errors in odds or game logic, and using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions. Where bonus abuse is detected, gem777 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, forfeit the Bonus balance, and permanently close the Account.
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the gem777 Platform.
All bets placed on gem777 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. gem777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where a bet exceeds the maximum stake for a given market, or where the Platform suspects fraudulent intent.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and game type. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip or game interface at the time of placing a bet. gem777 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
A maximum single-bet payout of Rp 500.000.000 applies across all sportsbook markets. Maximum payout limits for live casino and slot games are set by the individual game studios and are displayed within each game's information panel.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours; the event result cannot be verified by gem777's data provider; technical errors caused an incorrect market to be offered; or the applicable sports governing body declares the result invalid.
In-play betting markets are offered on football, basketball, badminton, and selected e-sports events including Mobile Legends MPL and other major tournaments. Odds on live markets are subject to real-time adjustment. Bets accepted prior to a material in-game event (such as a goal or red card in football) will stand at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gem777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the gem777 Platform — including but not limited to the gem777 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gem777 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without gem777's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gem777's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gem777 is not liable for any gambling losses sustained by a Member as a result of using the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and by accepting these Terms you acknowledge that you participate in all betting and gaming activity voluntarily and at your own risk.
gem777 aims to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. gem777 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, data transmission errors, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications carriers, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or significant public holidays such as Nyepi or national emergencies declared by the Indonesian government.
Game content supplied by third-party studios is provided on an "as is" basis. gem777 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game or its published RTP data.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by gem777's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the navigation menu above.
gem777 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (such as BCA, BRI, OVO, and DANA) is limited to the minimum necessary to complete your transaction.
gem777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as amendments to withdrawal limits, Wagering Requirements, or eligibility criteria — gem777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request a withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. gem777 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving players in Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under Indonesian consumer protection law.
In the event of a dispute between you and gem777 relating to your Account, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact the gem777 support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) to seek an informal resolution. gem777 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
